TWO-STORY CLIMATE CONTROLLED BARN

Dove Hollow Estate’s reception space is a 4,000 sq ft barn style building. What sets us apart are our custom iron & glass doors that are the main entrance and exits to the barn. They are what give our barn an industrial/modern feel that we love so much. 33 ft high ceilings featuring gorgeous industrial teardrop glass chandeliers set the perfect ambiance for your wedding. Ensuring your memories are captured perfectly, our barn also boasts 22 pane-less glass windows, with some exceeding 10 ft in length, so natural light is abundant in our space.

Wedding Chapel

Our chapel has bench style seating and holds up to 200 guests. It has a moody all black exterior (to make your white dress pop!) with accents of gold hardware and large windows. The inside is bright and airy with touches of industrial and modern design, tying together the style of our barn reception space perfectly. The chapel is conveniently located adjacent to the Dove Hollow Estate barn and is climate controlled. Enjoy your indoor ceremony and then make your way over to the Barn for your reception!

OUTDOOR CEREMONY SPACE

If an outdoor ceremony is your vision, we invite you to exit through our back glass doors and meet your soulmate under our oak tree. The space is conveniently equipped with electrical outlets for any DJ or ceremony needs. Our clients will be responsible for providing the outdoor ceremony seating. Dove Hollow’s metal tolix chairs will ONLY be used for reception purposes.

 PRIVATE BRIDAL SUITE WITH BATHROOM

Dove Hollow brides have their own space upstairs with a private bathroom, designed to create a relaxing atmosphere for you to get ready with your best ladies. The suite includes makeup vanities, full length mirror, and lounge furniture - including a vintage emerald green tufted sofa that is perfect for those “getting ready” photos!

GROOMS LOUNGE

Grooms have the ability to relax and get ready for the big day in their own lounge at Dove Hollow Estate, also set upstairs. Comfy furniture, a full length mirror and vanity mirror give the groom and his men a private space to relax before the big moment. 

 TABLES AND CHAIRS

Dove Hollow rental includes furniture for every wedding/event for up to 200 guests. We have 225 industrial black metal tolix chairs as well as (23) 60” round tables that seat 8-10 people. We also provide a beautiful large white round tulip table that can be used for cake or a sweetheart table, (1) mini white tulip table, (2) 4 ft plastic rectangular folding tables,  (3) 6 ft plastic rectangular folding tables, (2) 6ft farmhouse tables, (4) 8ft farmhouse tables, (4) pub tables for cocktail hour on our covered porch, and a 4ft live edge wooden table (stays at chapel).We also have (6) additional 8ft farmhouse tables that can be rented for $100 a piece (this is the only additional charge for furniture). Metal tolix chairs provided by Dove Hollow Estate are to be used for reception seating only. Outdoor ceremony seating will be provided by the client. We will set up all of our tables and chairs in the layout of your choice before you arrive on wedding day and we handle breakdown of our tables and stacking our black tolix chairs at the end of the reception. (We do not set up or break down outdoor ceremony seating). Any of our furniture can be used outside on the covered porch and the back gravel area under the string lights.

COVERED PORCH + Bar Building

 Our covered patio exudes the same industrial flair as the rest of the venue. The additional bar building located off the patio is not only a fun photo backdrop with it's unique wall mural, but also an upscale bar experience for your guests. Our bar building has a combo refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, and sink (bartending company must be hired to serve alcohol). Two additional restrooms are also located here. Cocktail hour, overflow seating, buffet tables, and lounge furniture are just a few ideas for this covered space. We want our brides and their families to really take advantage of this porch as we feel it is a very versatile part of our venue. In cold months, we provide 5 full size propane patio heaters. (Client’s to pay for the cost of propane separately - $25 per heater).

CATERING KITCHEN

Our catering kitchen is perfect for warming and chilling food, and comes equipped with a commercial ice-maker, refrigerator, warmer, and plenty of stainless steel prep tables. You are welcome to choose your own caterer, but they must be licensed/insured. They may NOT bartend. We have an extensive vendor list on our website if you would like to be pointed to some of our favorite caterers/bartending companies!
