Madlyn, of the sister duo at Dove, will be accepting a handful of couples to partner with to help create the wedding experience of their dreams. Madlyn, having designed and styled Dove Hollow with her sister Natalie, knows the intricacies of the space. Every aspect of the barn was meticulously planned to allow a wide variety of options and layouts. Being owner and operator of Dove gives Madlyn the advantageous position regarding vendor relations and decisions regarding every aspect of the space ultimately cutting out the middle man position when it comes to venue allowances and planning.

Day of coordinator
At Dove Hollow, we believe this role is vital to helping a couple and their families truly enjoy the entire day. The importance of this role includes but is not limited to creating the detailed timeline, facilitating the rehearsal, connecting and communicating with each vendor - all with the goal of executing a seamless wedding day. You and your family can rest assured that the success and overall attitude of the day is as important to Madlyn as it is to your family.
Service includes:
1 hour rehearsal + 14 hour wedding day coverage
Detailed Timeline creation
Direct communication with all vendors
Rehearsal, ceremony and reception coordination

Madlove complete Planning
Planning a wedding is a delicate balance between navigating wants and needs all the while keeping in mind your unique style and personality. If you're the bride who can already see the day vividly in your mind, Madlyn promises to bring your vision to life. For the bride who has no idea where to begin, she will be there to guide you every step of the way. She will be whoever you need her to be in the process all while keeping the focus on what that day represents. Madlyn's desire is to create an atmosphere that is a 100% visual representation of your love for one another.
Service includes:
Extensive communication throughout the entire planning process
Styling services based on an inspiration board created by both Madlyn and approved by the couple
Budget advisement
Detailed Timeline creation
Communication and planning with all vendors (vendors will be mutually agreed upon and approved by Madlyn)
Rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination (includes setup and breakdown duties - 15 hours)
= $4,000
