1 - Day wedding Rental

Our one day rental provides access to our entire property for 14 hours (usually 10am-midnight), and also a rehearsal hour the day before, or that hour can be added to your wedding day for a 9am start time. The time frame of the day can be adjusted if you prefer (example: 9am- 11pm). We provide all of your tables and chairs for up to 200 quests, and also set them up for you in the layout of your choice. The chapel and reception barn are both included in this rental, as well as an outdoor ceremony option - Please inquire for more details

2 - Day wedding Rental

This package is for the bride and groom who would like to ensure their rehearsal, as well as begin the decorating and set up early. The day before the wedding, you have the venue from noon - 7 pm to do as you please! Decorate, bring dresses to the bridal suite, rehearse, etc! Wedding day is a 14 hour day, typically 10am- midnight, but that time may be adjusted up. Clean up and rentals must be out by midnight or the designated end time on wedding day - Please inquire for more details.

3-day Wedding Rental

This package is for the bride and groom who want to make a weekend of their event.  Set up can begin at noon on Friday, and a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner can take place at Dove that evening, ending at 9 pm. Saturday wedding day set up may begin at 10 am with the wedding reception ending at Midnight (14 hour wedding day). Clean up can take place on Sunday morning (10 am start) and must be completed by 2 pm - Please inquire for more details. 

Micro- wedding Package

Monday - Thursday only - $2,000

This package is for the bride and groom looking to have an intimate ceremony with 50 guests or less. The venue is available for a 5 hour block in which setup, ceremony, photography, reception, and breakdown would take place (additional time may be purchased at $250/hour). You may choose your time block between 10 am-10 pm. This package includes use of both our reception barn, bridal suite and grooms lounge, chapel, and outdoor ceremony space. A cake and champagne for toasting is allowed, but not provided by the venue. No other food or drink is allowed, but coffee and doughnuts, for example, may replace cake and champagne. Water, tea, punch, or soft drinks may also be served to your guests-but no additional appetizers or food. Farmhouse tables and chairs will be set up and provided by the venue for the reception in the barn, with your 50 guests, where you can cut the cake, toss the bouquet and garter, have your first dance, etc. Micro Weddings may NOT be held on a Holiday and are Mon-Thurs only. Corporate Events, birthday parties, dinner PARties, family reunions

- $3,000

This rate is for a 7 hour block of time, and then $250/hr, if needed, for additional set-up and/or breakdown time. We set up all tables and chairs for your event for up to 200 guests in the layout of your choice. You have access to the entire reception barn including our catering kitchen and getting ready areas. We do require a licensed and insured bartending. and catering food service is hired. We also require security officers that we contract, to be hired. Please contact us for more details!

baby/bridal Shower

This rate is for a 5 hour block of time, and then $250/hr, if needed, for additional set-up and/or breakdown time.  We set up all tables  and chairs for your event. Please contact us for more details!

Photography Sessions

-$150/hr

(Photographer not included) This rate includes use of the entire property, including both the reception barn and chapel. You may use our bridal suite or bathrooms to change clothes, if needed.

Additional Considerations                                      

  • Please note that weddings booked on a holiday are subject to special pricing. An additional fee will be applied for any holiday that falls on a Saturday.

    • Holidays include: Valentine’s Day, MEmorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Easter, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

  • MILITARY DISCOUNT - $250 off ****excludes Micro- weddings
